A message from Mark, our Manager Director/Founder
My initial work in the disability sector begun with seven years at the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). I had the privilege of helping individuals who had experienced catastrophic injuries transition back to their homes.
This role allowed me to journey alongside clients as they rebuilt their lives, focusing on achieving their life area goals. It was an incredibly meaningful experience that sparked my desire to do more in the field of disability support. This passion led to the establishment of eQuality Support, where we have created a space to work closely with individuals over the long term. Helping them achieve even more profound and lasting outcomes.
From our modest beginnings, we have grown steadily, but we’ve always prioritised quality in what we do. As we expanded, our core values remind us that the support of our clients, staff and families come first. With every outcome achieved, we are reminded that our growth is not just measured by numbers. It’s measured by the impact we make along the way. And as we continue this journey, we remain committed to our mission.
