With more than 20 years of experience in the disability sector, Adam brings both extensive knowledge and a deep passion for positive behaviour support and client goal achievement.

As the Client Services Manager at our Ballarat office, Adam joined eQuality Support in April 2024, contributing a wealth of experience to our team.

He is a dedicated advocate for our clients, committed to equipping our staff with the resources they need to deliver exceptional support. Adam is driven by the belief that everyone deserves the chance to ‘live their best life,’ and at eQuality, we are here to make that possible.

With a deep commitment to making a difference, Peter serves as the Finance Officer at eQuality Support. Bringing over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and taxation roles mainly within accounting firms, Peter specialises in ensuring the financial and business obligations of eQuality Support are adhered to in a timely and accurate manner.

Peter started with the company in August 2022 and now has the leadership role within the eQuality Support finance team. He is dedicated to overseeing financial reporting, payroll processes and compliance with regulatory requirements, including the NDIS and SCHADS award guidelines.

He sees the finance area, with its ability to undertake tasks such as budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and financial analysis, as being an important part of the overall eQuality Support team.

Peter also brings a compassionate and inclusive approach to his role with eQuality Support, enjoying being part of an organisation that assists people to live their best life.

With over 25 years’ experience in people and culture leadership, Andrew brings deep expertise across multinational, private sector, public sector and government organisations. He also has more than 30 years’ experience supporting people with disability as a volunteer and Board Director in disability sport, grounding his work in strong community connection and a genuine, personal commitment to the sector.

An open and authentic leader, Andrew is motivated by supporting people to grow through mentoring, coaching and role modelling. He believes strong community leadership strengthens organisational leadership, and is committed to creating safe, positive environments where people can thrive.

As Head of People Experience, Andrew is passionate about driving organisational performance through capable, engaged people. He specialises in executive human resources, people strategy, organisational development and building cultures where individuals feel respected for their individuality and valued for the work they do.

Jacqueline is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a passion for purpose-driven work. With two decades of experience across brand development, strategic communications and community engagement, she brings a thoughtful and inclusive approach to every project.

As Marketing and Communications Manager, Jacqueline leads initiatives that amplify the voices of the eQuality Support community and help connect people with the support they need.

She is driven by the belief that authentic storytelling has the power to create connection, spark understanding and celebrate individuality. Jacqueline is energised by the incredible work of the support teams and loves shining a light on the people and moments that make eQuality Support so special.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, good coffee and finding creative inspiration in everyday life.
