Pitching in for Clean Up Australia Day

We were proud to see Ballarat clients and support workers join forces to participate in Clean Up Australia Day.

The Clean Up Australia Day event offered everyone a chance to get together and pitch in for the local environment. It also provided clients with the opportunity to give back in the community.

eQuality Support Regional Manager Tayla Edwards was thrilled to see the group working together as a team and that they were able to make a difference to their local Ballarat area.

“It is great to see both our clients and staff putting their hands up to help out and participate in the Clean Up event,” Tayla said.

“We were able to tidy up some areas around the local neighbourhood, and it gave everyone great satisfaction to know they were helping to make a difference.”

By participating in events such as Clean Up Australia Day, clients can socialise in the community, get to know their neighbours and possibly get a confidence boost from the experience.
