Payroll and Administration Officer

Hey! Great to meet you. 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Payroll and Administration Officer who wants to make a difference in the disability space. As an eager learner and clear communicator, play a vital role in assisting the Senior Finance Officer, while supporting various administrative duties.

On any given day…

  • Assist the Senior Finance Officer with payroll, finance reports, data entry, and invoice processing.
  • Manage the administration email address and office phone, directing requests to the relevant team.
  • Provide general administrative support to the business support teams.

Experience and qualifications

  • You’ll ideally have a Certificate IV or higher in Accounting and Bookkeeping, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration, or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong numeracy skills, strong attention to detail, and an enthusiasm to learn.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
