People Experience Administration Officer

On any given day…

  • Provide administrative support to recruitment processes including organising interviews, coordinating reference checks, and sending out employment offers.
  • Manage all aspects of employee life cycle administration, including onboarding, compliance documentation, training/event coordination, and employee referral program monitoring.
  • Undertake general administration tasks to ensure the effective operations of the People Experience department.

Experience and qualifications

  • Experience in general administration and/or customer service.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning organisational software and processes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.
